VISION

Our vision is to penetrate the nationally recognized "Top 100" brokers list, achieving over $30 M in revenues and maintaining growth rates above 15% annually. We intend to reach Top 100 national status within three years from our first acquisition in August 2021. Following our initial goal, we want to generate over $100 M in revenues within five years through acquisition-driven and organic growth. In addition to over $14 M invested by the founders, we will raise additional capital to acquire many more agencies through 2023.

Our immediate short-term vision is to expand our business primarily through acquisitions and to penetrate the ranks of the top 100 US brokers - which includes increasing our capacity to serve clients and achieving revenues in excess of $30 M. Our midterm vision is to expand the number and reach of our partners across the majority of the US marketplace and to join the ranks of those top 50 US brokers - which includes the capabilities of serving clients in all commercial and personal lines needs and achieving revenues in excess of $100 M. Our longer-term vision is to expand decade after decade increasing our partner count and our perpetuation strengths. We intend to become the first choice among the top 20 US brokers for early and mid-career producers who wish to be equity owners that serve their communities. We also intend to offer multigenerational opportunities for family agencies to perpetuate their brand and culture for decades to come.
