Operating Model

We utilize a partnership model to operate our subsidiary agencies. Each agency can maintain a local brand, operating structure, and culture. But we also provide a national brand under the SIG (Scali Insurance Group) logo to help clients and underwriters understand our reach and capabilities. Client needs come first under our model. To best serve clients, the employee and underwriter's relationships with our company must be highly valued and generate sincere trust. Our common incentive and goals are to protect our clients from business and personal risk through risk management services and insurance products.

Governance

As Partners, we discuss, debate, and deliberate to gain a consensus on any diversion from our agreed vision and operating model. We strive to provide our partners with transparency, third-party provider audits, and equity security. We have experienced coaches that can lead with the edge of having done it before. We intend for our partners to hold each other accountable to key performance standards and indicators that can be measured. As partners, we have an alignment of incentives and cultural obligations.

Strategic Plan

We utilize acquisitions, organic growth, sub-acquisitions, producer recruitment, management roles, and equity opportunities to attract great people to add talent to our teams. We look for expansion through niche opportunities, geographic diversification, leadership perpetuation, organic sources for growth through referrals, and a focus on local and national client opportunities. We focus on supporting our partners in increasing their technical and financial strengths and take a long-term view toward our focus and business outcomes.
